South Bristol Youth Zone

Cen QS Consulting prepared the BOQ’s for this circa £10m high quality sports and leisure facility in South Bristol.

Our sister company Censeo Consulting Limited priced and secured the project on behalf of our Client.
The D&B Project included the erection of a part single (double height), part two storey building to provide a Class D2 Youth Zone facility with associated disabled and mini bus parking and service access road, 5 a-side (MUGA) pitch, a single storey storage building, and associated boundary treatments and landscaping. Planning for new site access and turning head, amendments to A3029 central reservation, signalling and crossing.
The project was procured under a JCT Design and build contract.
