Cen QS Consulting prepared the BOQ’s for this circa £6.50m former secondary school redevelopment works.

Our sister company Censeo Consulting Limited priced and secured the project on behalf of our Client.
The works comprised the refurbishment and extension of an existing listed building including extensive demolition of modern extensions; thermal upgrades to existing walls, replastering, replacement/re-positioning of timber panelling, plaster repairs along with groundworks to create parking and landscaping.The buildings will be used as mixed use business, commercial and community spaces.

The project was procured under a JCT standard form of contract without quantities with contractor design portions with a 40 week contract period.
