Fulham Town Hall Redevelopment Works

Cen QS Consulting prepared the BOQ’s for this circa £37m redevelopment of the former Fulham Town Hall into a new hotel.

Our sister company Censeo Consulting Limited priced and secured the project on behalf of our Client.
The project comprises the extension, alteration and refurbishment of the Grade II listed fomer Fulham Town Hall to provide for mixed-use accommodation; including 90nr hotel rooms, food and beverage areas, co-working areas and other associated public spaces. The works included for a two-storey extension to the top of the existing building as well as significant restoration and refurbishment to existing areas, works to mechanical and electrical services, lifts, associated drainage and external works and works to upgrade the incoming services.

The project was procured under a JCT Design and build contract with a 92 week contract period and comprised a gross internal floor area of 6,431m2.
