Censeo Consulting prepared the tender and secured this circa £21m extra care housing and dementia facility in Southwark,

London. Our sister company Cen QS Consulting Limited carried out the BOQ Preparation.
The works comprise of the development and completion of the design and construction of a new four-storey Extra Care Housing and Dementia Daycare facility.
The works comprise the construction of the Housing and Daycare facility and surrounding landscaping, connection of the new facility with the existing Tayo Situ House extra Care facility, demolition of a redundant underground electrical substation and enhancements to the neighbourhood and improvements to the general environment of the surrounding streets.

The project was procured under a JCT Design and build contract with an 80 week contract period and comprised a gross internal floor area of 5,769m2.
