Etone College, Nuneaton

Cen QS Consulting prepared the BOQ’s for this circa £7m new sixth form block at Etone College in Nuneaton.

Our sister company Censeo Consulting Limited priced and secured the project on behalf of our Client.The building provides 23 classrooms plus ancillary accommodation. Sitting centrally within the school site most of the classroom accommodation overlooks either the adjacent all-weather pitch or a newly formed courtyard which includes soft landscaped areas including specialist ‘rain gardens’ as part of the sustainable design strategy for the development and the drainage.

The proposed rain garden will also seek to provide educational as well as ecological benefits including an increase in site biodiversity.
